Can I register more than one transponders to the same account?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of transponders associated with a single account.

Should I open a personal or commercial account?

The only difference between a personal and a commercial account is invoicing: the commercial account will bear the name of your company. At this time, all other service conditions are the same.

What do I do if I cannot find my vehicle in the list provided when opening an account?

In such a case, please select “Unknown” or “Other” in order to proceed. We will update our list of vehicles regularly so that yours is included.

How do I know my vehicle's class?

The class is determined by the height of your vehicle.

  • If your vehicle is less than 230 cm in height (automobile, motorcycle, SUV, minivan or light truck for example), then it is class 1.
  • If your vehicle is more than 230 cm in height (semi trailer truck, heavy truck, recreational vehicle for example), then it is class 2.
  • If you need a special permit (classes 1 through 7) from SAAQ to drive on roads, you have an outsized vehicle.


Our company is interested in acquiring transponders for its employees. How do we proceed?

The best option is to call our Customer Service. You can also open a commercial account online and order the transponders in the account page.

If I have two vehicles registered in my name or if our household has more than one vehicle, can a single account be used? Are there any applicable offers?

You can use the same account for different vehicles; however, each vehicle must be equipped with its own transponder. The tolls are calculated per vehicle, there are no special rebates for multiple vehicles.

Are there administration fees?

No, since February 1st 2014, there are no administration fees associated (to the exception of exempted véhicules).  Please consult our pricing grid for more information as well as applicable offers.

If I close my account, will you reimburse the remaining account balance?

Yes, if your account balance is at least $5.00, we will give you your balance.

Can my account balance expire?

There is no expiry date on your account balance. The balance is used to pay the tolls.

I do not have a credit card, how can I open an account?

You just need to come to our Customer Service office.
